Description

Mixing tank with agitator is widely used in such industries of coatings, pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, scientific research and etc. The equipment can be made of stainless steel 304 or 304L according to requirements of users' products, also heating and cooling devices are optional to meet different needs of production and process. Heating mode has two options of jacket electric heating and coil heating. The equipment has features of reasonable structure design, advanced technology and durable, simple operation and convenient use. It is an ideal processing equipment with less investment, quick operation and high profit.

Structure

● Mixing tank mainly consists of tank body, cover, agitator, supporting feet, transmission device and shaft seal device.

● Tank body, cover, agitator and shaft seal can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials according to specific requirements.

● Tank body and cover can be connected by flange seal or welding. Also they could be with holes for purpose of feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, manometry,  steam fractionation and safety vent.    

● Transmission devices (a motor or a reducer) are installed on top of the cover and the agitator inside the tank is driven by stirring shaft.

● Shaft sealing device can be used machine seal, packing seal or labyrinth seal, they are optional according to customer’s need.

● Agitator type could be impeller, anchor, frame, spiral type, etc.

 Product Features:


1. The part exposed to material, inner container and other components are made of SUS304 and SUS316L. Other parts adopt SUS304.


2. The mirror of the inner container is treated by polishing, and its roughness is equal to or lower than 0.4μm.


3. The stirring can be done at a constant or variable speed according to different capacities and technological requirements. The frequency control can read the stirring speed, input frequency, input current and other data on line.


4. The mixing device can lower noise in working state. The national standard is lower than 75db(A). The running noise is lower than 40db when the operation of material in an electric heating mixing tank achieves the stability of the stirring load.


Installation and Commissioning:


1. Check whether there is any serious damage and deformation of device during the transportation, and whether the fasteners is loose.


2. Adopt the method of embedded anchor bolt to install the device horizontally on a firm foundation.


3. Please install the device, electrical control device and accessories correctly under the guidance of professionals. Check whether the pipelines are unblocked, whether the installed device is correct, and whether there is damage. Before starting the device, please check whether there are people or objects around, inside and outside the device affecting the normal operation, so as to avoid danger.


4. Please carry out the trial operation first for a few seconds after the installation. It can not be done until there is no electrical short circuit or abnormal sound.


5. If a mixing tank is equipped with the mechanical seal, add moderate amount of 10# oil or sewing-machine oil into the lubricating grooves of the mechanical seal before starting the main engine. The coolant should be supplied into the cooling chamber of the mechanical seal so that the mechanical seal can be well lubricated and cooled. The mechanical seal is not adjusted when leaving the factory. After installation, the mechanical seal should be adjusted to the optimal position according to the installation instructions before normal operation. (according to the needs of users).


6. Please check the bearing temperature, running smoothness, tightness, as well as the condition of meters when the device is in normal operation. The material can not be put into operation until it is confirmed that everything is normal.


Precautions:
